1.What are anti-static shoes?

Anti-static shoes are a type of work shoes worn in production workshops and advanced laboratories of microelectronics industries such as electronic semiconductor devices, electronic computers, electronic communications equipment and integrated circuits to reduce or eliminate electrostatic hazards.

Anti-static shoes can guide static electricity from the human body to the earth, thereby eliminating static electricity from the human body. At the same time, they also effectively suppress dust generated by people walking around in the clean room.

2.Instructions for use of anti-static shoes

--Anti-static shoes are protective shoes that eliminate the positive accumulation of static electricity in the human body and prevent electric shocks from currents below 250V. This product is produced in accordance with the GB4385-1995 standard.

--Mainly suitable for use in all places where static electricity hazards such as burning and explosion may occur due to static electricity in the human body (such as workplaces in petroleum, chemical industry, coal mines, printing, rubber, medical, purification, electronics and other industries).

--Anti-static shoes and conductive shoes should not be worn at the same time as insulating thick woolen socks and insulating insoles. It is prohibited to use anti-static shoes as insulating shoes.

--The place where anti-static shoes are used should be on an anti-static ground, and the place where conductive shoes are used should be on a conductive ground to achieve a good anti-static or conductive effect.

--Anti-static shoes should be used in conjunction with anti-static clothing. Pay attention to the cleanliness, waterproofness and moisture-proofness of the product.

--During wearing, the resistance test should generally be conducted no more than 200 hours. If the resistance is not within the specified range, it cannot be used as anti-static leather shoes. Anti-static shoes require that the resistance should be between 100K ohms and 1000M ohms.
